The quote form collects gender, birthdate, self-reported health, tobacco use, benefit amount and term length. Nothing else.

Applying

If you apply, your answers populate a carrier's secure form. Those carriers and Susman Insurance Agency see your complete details.

The contact form

Your contact form submissions ask for name, email, optional phone, your preferred contact method, and what you want to discuss. We don't share it.

Measurement

This site uses private measurement without cookies, run from this domain. It respects do-not-track signals. Nobody from outside is tracking you.

What we do not do

A handful of carriers use algorithms to approve or deny people the same day if they are within age and amount thresholds, using prescription and driving data instead of a medical visit.
